Sustainability and Social Responsibility

The human sense and community support was and still is a visible behaviour of the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Salem Ahmed Balhamer, who strongly believed that the success of business can only come through enhancing community ser- vice, and as a result, community partnership contracts were signed with many government associations, organizations and authorities concerned with this aspect. He ensured that this value and faith were rooted in his children and grand- children to be passed on from generation to generation.

We place the development of society as one of our top priorities. We are keen to actively participate in various aspects of economic, environmental and social development in line with KSA vision and the framework of sustainability and social responsibility announced by the United Nations.

Since the establishment of the group, community work has accompanied and kept pace with this success. This work has gone through stages and developments and expanded more over the years until we reached the establishment of a volunteer team in the name of Balhamer volunteers to serve the community, to work as an effective arm to achieve the continuous commitment of Salem Balhamer Holding Group towards social responsibility in society.

Our sustainability and social responsibility efforts focus strategically on imple- menting initiatives that promote social, economic and environmental develop- ment, and directly contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as defined by the United Nations and in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
