The trading sector focuses on marketing of multi-use plastic pipes, fittings, sanitary and plumbing-ware, supplies and accessories, thermal insulation products, building materials, and plastic containers products.
Contracting sector dedicated to general contracting projects including (Infrastructure, Construction, Electromechanics, HVAC, Maintenance & Operation, etc..) in the local markets, GCC , and the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Real estate development sector is dedicated to enhance the quality of life, we develop various real estate development businesses that meet our clients’ different desirations, in the local and GCC markets.
The training sector offers unique training and educational consultancy programs for Saudi youth including administrators, technicians, engineers, and managers in many disciplines (cyber security, management skills, ISO, creativity, safety, qualifying technicians for Aramco’s security and safety work, etc,..) through internationally accredited programs.
The Health Care sector dedicated to provide medical services in (Dialysis Centers, Dermatology & Cosmetology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Sleeve Gastrectomythe) in Saudi Arabia.
The services sector provides a range of different services, including integrated legal advice for the commercial sector and individuals, in addition to testing and calibration services for devices and equipment in the oil and gas sector

He passionately conveyed these values and beliefs to his children and grandchildren; to be inherited from a generation to next.
Since the establishment of the group, community services have accompanied this success, and this work has gone through stages, developments, and greater expansion over the years, until we founded a team of volunteers called (Salem Balhamer Volunteers for social responsibility); to be the social responsibility arm of Salem Balhamer Holding Group.
