Our Story

Our business was launched in 1979 in the trading sector, extending to the industrial, contracting, real estate development and investment and other service sectors, leading to the establishment of Salem Balhamer Holding Group in 2013, as a leading family conglomerate company that includes under its umbrella more than 20 companies operating in various strategic sectors to continue our path of growth and sustainability.
Since its inception, a clear customer-centric vision, coupled with the cultivation of robust strategic partnerships both locally and internationally, to deliver exceptional value that aligns with the aspirations and ambitions of its clientele through innovation and organizational excellence.

The Group’s operations extended throughout the GCC, the Middle East and Europe, and are efficiently managed from its headquarters in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, as well as its regional offices in Bahrain and Egypt.
The Group affirms its commitment to its national role and social responsibility by striving to modernize industry, localize competencies, adopt advanced technologies, and effectively contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

SBH Group continues to pioneer new opportunities and maintain a legacy of success, sustainability, and leadership.

Timeline

Salem Balhamer Trading was established, initiating a diversified business journey. It laid the bedrock for what would emerge after that in more fields.

The Salem Balhamer Plastic Factory, commonly called BPF, gave the company an entry into manufacturing and thus solidified its industrial sector presence. It marked the first major step in a diversification strategy.

It established Salem Balhamer General Contracting Co. to diversify the business into construction sector that meet both local and international quality standards services. This expansion helped meet the increased demand for infrastructure and maintenance services.

Salem Balhamer Real Estate has announced its strong entry into real estate development and management, capitalising on the growing demand for residential and commercial spaces in the region.

AIRZONE Company was established to extend the company’s expertise in HVAC Solutions & specialised maintenance contracting services.

Akaduniya Serviced Apartments started its operations in the hospitality industry.

Fabco Plastic Factory was acquired. The purchase added more weight to Salem Balhamer’s already established industrial sector. The strategic acquisition allowed for the expansion of the product line in plastic manufacturing, cost leadership, growth and sustainability. This acquisition had a great impact on the customer as we believe in customer centric approach and customer value triad.

Akaduniya for Maintenance Operations was established Thereby extending the company’s expertise into specialized maintenance services. This further addressed the growing demand for integrated facility management solutions.

Salem Balhamer Holding Group, commonly referred to as SBH, was finally formed by bringing together all diversified ventures of the company under one umbrella. This indeed proved to be a major landmark that ushered in a new phase of integrated growth, sustainability and strategic expansion, We always strive to grow as we believe in our responsibilities towards social development and participation in the prosperity of the national economy.

The Fabco Thermal Insulation Materials Factory was established to strengthen the company’s production arm by expanding into thermal insulation solutions. This venture marked a step toward diversification into new product lines tailored for industrial use.

The Salem Balhamer Plastic Factory for Containers was also founded as part of this diversification strategy, focusing on innovative plastic container solutions. This initiative contributed to enhancing cost leadership and delivering greater value to customers.

Ryadah AlBunyan was established to venture into the real estate development and construction business. The development leveraged the increase in demand for infrastructure and quality property across the Middle East. Ryadah AlBunyan was targeted to deliver developments in a sustainable and qualitative manner, further cementing SBH’s reputation for excellence and innovation across diversified sectors. This strategic expansion marked an important milestone in SBH’s continued diversification and growth.

AlMashora Law Firm Co. was established to extend legal services too, to the company’s ever-expanding portfolio. It was set up to provide the best legal services; thus, the expansion at SBH matched the rise in scale and scope of the business enterprise, focusing on several legal professions. This emanated from the focus on providing integrated services with the assurance of legal support for all its diversified ventures.

Al-Jadara Medical Co. was established to strengthen SBH’s presence in the healthcare sector. Focuses on Innovating healthcare solutions with advanced technologies to meet the evolving medical needs of the market.

Dialey’s Care Center was founded to provide specialized care services with a focus on patient safety, reliability, and modern healthcare practices. It reflects SBH’s vision of addressing newly developed medical needs with modern approaches.

Al Tanami Real Estate Investment Company in Egypt represents SBH’s strategic diversification into the real estate sector. Driving growth through strategic real estate investments, delivering long-term value and innovative solutions.

Al Safa Plastic Factory was established to support SBH’s industrial expansion by offering high-quality plastic products. With a focus on state-of-the-art technologies, the factory emphasizes cost leadership, workplace safety, and product reliability.
